All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MTH IT Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MTH IT SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MTH IT Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
